17.03. “Solaris Electric” electric bus will be shown near Riga City Hall
On March 17, approximately from 12.00 till 13.00, everybody will be able to explore, both from outside and outside, a “Solaris” Urbino Electric 12 electric bus that will be put next to the Riga City Hall at City Hall Square 1.
The electric bus is environment friendly as it runs on reloadable batteries and has no exhausts. “Rīgas satiksme” plans to buy only exhaust-free public transport vehicles in the future.
As “Rīgas satiksme” informed earlier, the electric bus will carry passengers on bus routes No. 1, 23 and 25 until March 23. Passengers of the electric bus also have to buy tickets or register their e-tickets, as usually.
