Working hours of some customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" changed

As a majority of Rigans have already received "Riga resident’s cards" and the number of those customers applying for the card has decreased, starting from January 25 the additional customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" opened in the premises of house management company "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" and executive boards of Riga city will be open on workdays only and will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The regular customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" will be opened as usually, i.e. every day from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays).

Since October 15, 2013, when "Rīgas satiksme" started to issue "Riga resident’s cards", the company has received 157089 applications for this card.

The regular customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 76b, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. These centres are open daily from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays).

The additional customer service centres opened to receive applications for and to issue "Riga resident’s cards " are located in the premises of house management company "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks"at Gobas Street 6a, Baltāsbaznīcas iela 52, Maskavas iela 168, A.Deglava Street 106/4, Brīvības Street 430a, Mārtiņa Street 7, Tilta Street 11 k-1 and Aglonas Street 39. These centres are open daily from 9.00 till 21.00 (except Saturdays and Sundays). There are also customer service centres in the premises of executive boards of Riga city: Eastern Executive Board at Daugavpils Street 31 (open daily from 8.00 till 20.00), and Pārdaugava Executive Board at Eduarda Smiļģa Street 46 (open on workdays from 8.00 till 20.00) and at Dzirciema Street 26 (open on Mondays from 8.30 till 18.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 till 17.00 and on Fridays from 8.30 till 16.00).
