Non-cash parking meters are used in Riga streets to pay for parking services. They enable users of parking lots to effect fast, comfortable and safe payments with a bank card.
The maximum time of free use of a paid parking lot is 5 minutes. The maximum time of free use of a paid parking lot during its operation hours after the expiry of the paid time is 15 minutes.
