The tickets are valid on the routes operated by "Rīgas satiksme" (buses, trams, trolleybuses) as well as in minibuses;
this ticket type may be purchased on a blue or a yellow e-ticket, as well as on a Riga resident’s card (a ticket for 50 trips may be only loaded into a blue e-ticket and a Riga resident’s card);
to be used within 12 months after purchase, except for cases when the tariff is changed and a transitional period is set;
prices are proposed by "Rīgas mikroautobusu satiksme" and approved by the Commission for Licensing of Commercial Passenger Transportation Services of Riga City Council.

Information for disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, disabled persons under the age of 18 years and persons accompanying a disabled person of group 1 or a disabled person under the age of 18 years**.

When using Riga public transport:

disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, disabled persons under the age of 18 years and persons accompanying a disabled person of group 1 or a disabled person under the age of 18 years have to receive a FREE TICKET from driver, after presenting a disabled person’s certificate;
Disabled persons of group 1 and 2, disabled persons under the age of 18 shall register every trip with their personalised e-tickets (e-tickets can be manufactured free of charge in customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" after presenting an identity document and disabled person’s certificate).

Changes in the order of using public transport in Riga city are necessitated by the need to ensure precise account of passengers ***.

Tickets at above prices are only valid for the category which corresponds to paragraph 2.15 of Riga City Council’s Binding regulations No. 89 "teachers of comprehensive education institutions, preschool education institutions, professional sports schools, music and art schools of Riga city municipality, for whom the above institutions are the main workplace");
this ticket type may be purchased on the personalised blue or Riga resident’s card;

The ticket is valid for one month from the first registration day.
