Pupil’s e-card

Fill out the form to receive a Student e card

 

  • functions as an ID card of a pupil of a comprehensive education institution of Riga municipality;
  • gives the holder the right to receive discounts, services and privileges from Riga municipality, Riga municipal companies (institutions of Riga municipality) and co-operation partners of Riga municipality;
  • is granted to persons who follow an educational programme in a comprehensive educational institution of Riga city municipality – regardless of their declared place of residence;
  • is granted to persons who follow an educational programme in a comprehensive educational institution registered outside Riga but whose place of residence is declared in the administrative area of Riga city;
  • attached to one user;
  • contains holder’s data – photo, name, surname, identity code;
  • can be only used by its holder;
  • made of plastic;
  • the date until which the e-card is valid is written on the card or expires when the holder leaves the school;
  • if the Pupil's e-card is lost, it can be blocked and restored;
  • Pupil’s e-cards must not be folded, pressed, broken, crumpled, soaked or subjected to another impact which makes them invalid for use;
  • for the first time, pupil’s e-card is issued free of charge, but, if lost, making a new card will cost 2.85 EUR.Due to the use of personalized smart cards (personalized e-tickets), data of private individuals are processed for the following purposes.
